Multi-cutting wire cut EDM is upgraded from Single cutting wire cut EDM. It through control electric current and cutting speed
during repeated cutting to obtain better surface roughness.
To ensure rigidity and stability, the casting of machine body at least reaches the grade of gray cast iron HT250, and the design
of structure is C-shape in which the upper frame and the column are connected in one whole, and the machine bed is T-shape.
To reach better processing precision, the linear guide rail and ball screw are adopted Taiwan brand, Hiwin or PMI. Sometimes
XY axis servo motor driven was also chosen by customers.
The core technology of multi-cutting is based on control cabinet, so the control system- AutoCut or WinCut and all the related
high-frequency board, driver board, inverter, resistor and contactor must be reliable and durable.
